I'm just writing to request my approval to Join the royal order of British Ninjas and their closest allies.
One likes to think of one's self as a British national, gentleman and man about town.
desq.
Hah, some more Commonwealthers on Ning, glad to see it monsieur.
Glad to get to know you.
If an object is heavier AND faster than another it will deliver more kinetic energy and therefore more damage, but the thing about the speed is that if an object is faster than another it can give even more energy but in a more efficient way. Say we have a fast ninja with an arm that weighs 10kg - he throws a punch at 50m/s - that is a 500N punch. A strong ninja with an arm that weighs 25kg due to excess muscle mass throws a punch at 20m/s - same 500N power, but the speed ninja is able to hit and then retreat to avoid any damage much more efficiently and is therefore superior in this instance.
British Ninjas ftw!
Yeah, British ninjas away!
Noone stands a chance against us,
