I scound your opinion...I do "believe" in god however...I don't think he simply "placed" two living humans on the earth! It just seems so ilogical! I mean he could have controled ower "evalution" but I think that's it...i'm not a very religuos person...and I think that humanity is going down the dran...i'm also surprised that we're not all DIED! Humans can be so stupid! I also hate ower goverment...like I believe they make diseases release them into the puplic and then make an antidote just to make money! I think people are so blinded by money that no one does what they want...like I want to be an artist...but it's going to be exstremely hard becuase of ower goverment...all the money is given to people that work for the goverment...like doctor, lawers, and big corperations...it's all planed to where soon no one will do what they love...and when people go for jobs that have all the money...the demand for money will increase and put the states into a depression...and we will have to borrow money from another country and then we won't beable to pay it back...aculy the united states is not a free country right now...we owe over 25 billon to china and other counties...the people just don't know about it...I have my ways of finding out things...such is a life of a hacker...but yeah I agree with you fully...(by the way i'm only 15 so i'm not a professional hacker...but i'm still a good one)

Hi, thnxs for replying to my forum i was away for a while so i couldn't reply too quickly. I agree with the fact that the world is run by economics, thats only logical, yet it is this insistence on making money that is holding back future development and advances. We could have had efficient widely used electric cars in the 70s and have already been to Mars and back but, capitalists held it back. Arab oil controls America and no one is going to invest in more eco-friendly products if they can get cheap oil. I believe that a great part of this sudden increase of interest in eco technologies is due the rising oil prices and other commodities, with companies turning to these eco friendly means not because they care about the environment but because they need to stay profitable. It is very hard to find a selfless act in the world, everything can be argued to have some selfish motive behind it.
I agree that America isn't a free country. If you are an atheist or agnostic person in the states you are ridiculded and its virtually impossible to be elected to any high offices in the public domain. There has never been an atheist president, vice president, any member of the white house (Secretary of State etc.), Congress, Senate or Govenor. The notion that church and state are seperate in the USA is a farce. America is a theocracy, yet it stills criticizes Iran for it's islamic influences in government.

There is another discussion with grater focus to god and evolution... in fact their is two, but one has been started by a Christian (Calvinist apparently) and one by a 'super' atheist, which is one of those guys who feels it worth while to talk to idiots... i mean 'believers'.
The difference between the 'believers' and the atheists is that one simply has higher standards for what is considered credible evidence.

Oh dear, where to start... Your spelling is going "down the dran"! You can be an artist, but i want to warn you, nearly my entire school generation took some form of art, there will be allot of competition, and many will not succeed. You may not like money, but you like, pensions, healthcare, and food. Those are the realities. Just because you are creative does not qualify you for success. In fact, most humans are self interested in creativity, so you'll have to be very good.

Why would anyone plan to stop people from ‘doing what they want’, if that is murder, or begging then I can understand that, and so can the majority of people. There’s no way I’m letting the hippies take over again! Peace, Love, and laziness. I’m pretty sure that demand for high paying jobs does not create a ‘higher demand/shortage of money’, they just play everybody less. In the Bahamas there are soo many accountants for the hotels, and corrupt Banks that they cannot all be employed.

The precise reason that America owes money to each other and other countries is because the ‘dollar’ is actually an IOU from the… ‘state bank’? and they lend it at interest of more than one dollar. This is why you shall never be free of dept if you use it. This keeps the economy turning, if no one worked, nothing would get done, no hospitals, no space program, no police and army to keep you safe at night. Blame Roosevelt.

I despise hackers as they ‘cheat at life’ and don’t know any better. They think that the highest accomplishment is theft and cheating. In reality I am more powerful because I don’t ‘just’ have to be a hacker.

PS: No wonder your religious, you have the ‘conspiracy gene’, your personality is described partly like this:
You are mistrustful of others, and society, you see yourself as an outcast, loner, or some other words for separation from society. Thus you try to find ways to explain this in the world around you. You believe the world is against you, now that doesn’t mean that no one is against you, but you see conspiracies everywhere to justify your paranoia. I personally think that people like you are ‘natural’ in society, and important to its function, but your thought process is imperfect, not everything has to be explained by a conspiracy.

If you want to be an artist thats great, but Freud shows them as misguided fools whose libidinal energies are being diverted from more important matters. Freud also says that the only purpose of art is to provide a mild distraction from our pain in our real world problems. Personally I think that art is important for self expression and often enable to protray important issues and problems. What I don't agree with is some stuffy snob called Jean-Claude calling me an ignoramus because I can't see the meaning behind a blank canvas entitled An Inquiry into the Meaning of Nothingness.A lot of modern is often just a bunch of crap that some guy glued together of put on plinth and the museums bought up because of some half-assed description. Give me Da Vinci or Rembrant anyday over a piece of canvas with a black dot on it. Modern art can be good but often any potential is over shadowed by the ego of some "artist" who is still pissed cause he couldn't cut it in art college. An example of this is that the London Art Gallery bought a recent piece of art for something like £15million (don't quote me on it but it was alot), which consisted of some garbage and a plastic bag spilled across the floor. The next morning it was gone, because the cleaning crew had thought it was just the refuse of some sloppy tourist from earlier in the day.

If anything I agree with Plato who stated that in his Republic he had no use for poets and excluded them from his perfect state.

Even selflessness is selfish, it releases endorphins to make you feel good about it. My mother was like that, she would give me things, but only when she wanted that endorphin 'fix', the rest of the time i could never get what i needed.

Just because this is true doesn’t mean life is a bad place to be. It can be so beautiful sometimes. The most us humans can ever achieve is agreement, teamwork and compassion. That is enough, and its all your gonna get, the world leaders just need to get better at ‘aligning interests’ that supports cooperation.

Humans have loyalties and allegiances, if they are born without them they seek them. It is a defence strategy. However there are those that learn that they don’t need help, they don’t need to be ‘saved’, or to ‘repent’. Those people are strong of mind, of purpose and are so independent that they can truly be said to be alive. Being alive is something you have to learn, if philosophers cannot prove that they exist this is only worsened by not thinking and rationally selectively responding.
Americas’ zealots try to do the right thing, but they only ever do what they want, such as religious loyalties. Americas’ non-zealots try to do the right thing, and that’s brave.

I have noticed that in the UK, the atheist ideas are very strong, even by hose who are christened, have Christmas and even get married. For the reasons expressed above, I think that this is due to the slow diminution of the British Empire. They realise they don’t need a loyalty or allegiance other than to amuse them, and provide the essentials such as justice and work. I am confident that atheism will increase with the decrease of the American Empire, for the Chinese.

However the problem is the capitalists which is more of a swarm term, because each rich capitalist sees themselves as autocratic and even fascist authority figure. Like the feudal lords of Japan and Europe, it is dangerous that they think this way.

I'm glad that your could find a more neutral platform of discussion that those other forums Pseudoninja, (I am Swiss afterall). Personally i think that hell will freeze over before the hippies ever get anything done. I respect and sympathize their message, I'm all for saving the planet and the ability and right of free expression, but along the way this simple message was highjacked by durgs and meglomaniacs who wanted to create this vague lawless utopia, and offered no real counter measure to "the Man". They were just driven on my some naive notion that somehow tie-dye and the Ghanga were gonna solve century old problems of race, religion and culture. Any utopian vision is doomed to fail whether it is the stateless communist paradise, durg fueled land of free love, or some religious/cultist commune, because there is always going to be someone opposed to some aspect somewhere, and thus cause the scheme to fail.

Look at democracy; its the closest thing we have to the "freedom and happiness" of these visions yet even democracy, which is only still in use because we haven't been able to come up with anything better still leaves around 50% (if not less) of the population pissed of because Bill 16-b passed. But then in the great scheme of things there is always going to something which offends someone somewhere. This is what I was kinda getting to with the whole religion and this infuriating craze of unbounded political correctness. I'm all for not causing more trouble than there already is the word by preventing the "N" word being shouted at black people, but the amount of crap that has been undertaken in the name of PC is ridiculous. It is begining to infring on one's freedom. We are forever being prohibited in doing something i case heaven forbide someone is offended and sues.

In America if you voice a negative opinion on Israeli politics the Jewish American Society or some other lobby group will get you fired (especially if you work in academia). The same applies for the slightest action or statement which might somehow offend Islam. Subsquently this was the world (especially the West) walking on glass in case they accidentally step on anyone's foot. There seems to be no end in sight for such actions. You can't say Merry Christmas anymore, and since we are at lets ban all religious holidays. That leaves science, well someone objects to that certainly so lets get rid of it. People seem to be upset about taxes so lets axe them as well; and the governement. Soon all of society is either disassembeled to prevent any possible conflict or eveyone has been homogenized into one way of thinking, and then we got an autocractic totalitarianism, which will surely cause more conflict and violence then saying Merry Christmas to your Jewish neighbour ever will.

for one i'm not at all what you descriped ninja boy I'm acully the complete oppisate.............................and yeah i know i don't spell good so what! and i wasn't saying that the goverment is forceing any one to take jobs the don't want i was saying that the "influance" people to. For the common person seeks wealth.....and i know you need money for lets say food and stuff ,buut come on peole are over come by the"in thing." they want huge homes , big t.vs, and the latest car (That burn tons of gas). Thes see....ya'll are saying (chineses) well art in china is the biggest thing ever! there are a ton of defferent kinds of artist ya know.........like here is one you would need.....Some one that desines a house.........you can't live without a home................and another thing i'm not a "hippy" i thing they were crack adicted slackers..........I just don't like the consept of "war" way do we need to be "friends" with other nations anyway...............just let us be and we'll leave you alone too.....I just think it's so stupid...........and about the religan thing.....so what if someone believe something else......Let them be it's not bothering you any they can do thier oown damn thing! and there is some laws that make it "not legal" to believe in sutan things....um......like that religan were the men have like 3 wifes )i can't remmeber what it's called) I thinnks it stupid to even out law that if the what to have 3 wifes let them it's not hurting you! What i'm getting at is let people do there own damn thing and stop worrying about what they are doing! I also get what your saying about the hacking thing I do.....but here is a little info.........the stat inploys hackers it's an ocupation.......if we didn't have hackers ower presadent would have been kill like 5 times already..I know cuz I checked thier records...............which comes to where you like goverment is good............what will we do without the staff of the white house.who know we would probly go into a depression........we reliy to much on the goverment to tell us what to do.we need to start thinking for owerselfs!

I tend to agree, even with your expression of the problem,

In Britain we are getting the autocratic Marxist thing. The government is willing to force this type of crap on people but it isn’t willing to play by the rules. Its a double standard and all the good Brits are moving away... I see no end.
However I refuse to see my country and my birthright perverted like this.

Ill tell you what IS mad, preying to some imaginary friend, expecting a horned person to pop round every corner, 'tithing' half your salary to the tune of *"it'll come back doubled"*... and THEN telling other people that by not doing the same, their being sinful!

I like god! Its a nice idea, but i just because its nice doesn’t mean its true. The world is a much more dangerous place than that, people die with no help from god, and dead men tell no tails so you wouldn’t hear of it.
I'm no sinner, heck i don't even believe people should 'forgiven' for whatever they do. They should learn, the hard way if they make it necessary.
btw, if you know science then you can see the problems with religion, and the problems with the bible itself, and problems even with the idea of a forgiving omnipotent god.
I've done psychology and what i see nowadays is people wanting to fool themselves. They can do that anyway they like as long as they don't force it on others.

*(no it won't, not if you keep giving half of it away... but that is called prospect theory and it’s a component of gambling addiction)
