Ninja vs. Predator

Who would win between an experience Yautja warrior, and a ninja? Be serious, ninjas, as much as we would love to believe, don't move at the speed of light, and aren't able to snap your neck from a mile away.
I think it could go either way, since Predators are about the closest thing to a ninja in stealth that we know of (Except for Sam Fisher from Splinter Cell), so it might go down to weaponry and agility.
