The force isn't more powerful than stealth, you can't strangle someone you don't even know exists. Yes, I know, blaster fire, but a shuriken in the back of the head, isn't the same as a laser in your palm. Two reason back up the shuriken thing.
1.) He knew that that Han Solo was going to fire, since he was standing right in front of him. He saw the guy raise the gun and pull the trigger and thus had time to react.
2.) He would NOT have seen the shuriken coming until it was too late, assuming he saw it at all. So he would NOT have time to react.; ▶ Reply to This
