Well it should be noted that Chuck Norris is in his 60's, and so even though he is very fit, would be more frail than he was before.

CHUCK NORRIS can only kill himself with a roundhouse kick to the face
and on his face is a beard
and behind his beard is another fist
so therefore he CANNOT be killed by a ninja.

however if the ninja did somehow manage to time-warp chuck so he kicked himself?
