well if my deduction skills are working to their fullest extent at the moment, by the tags added to the post, I would have to say that he is done with the "wankers" he has to bounce on saturday nights for fighting, or maybe that he's done fighting the wankers he has to fight on saturday nights due to his being a bouncer. Just an uneducated guess there, am I close?

Nepotism. It will always be a factor in business. No matter how experienced someone is, they always want someone with their own blood to take the job first.
But since you're a bouncer (am I right?) wouldn't that be putting their own kin in the line of danger? Who would do that?

what a disgusting comment, mr Nourredin.

Any person should know that any denegrading comment made out of a job that someone has or might have is extremely thoughtless and stupid as whatever our professions are it does not tell too much about who we really are as persons and how serious we should be taken. A profession is sometimes just a job, maybe a cause of series of events or something else nor always so controllable in our lives. And who are you to know if our Tengu is not the best bouncer in the whole world? I seriously doubt you are not no matter what your profession of choice is by the nature of your hasty comments. No one is a product of their profession. And to dismiss all of that and just concentrate on profession and then make a rude comment out of that is just.. so stupid that it should be criminalized. I think this lesson unlearned must have something to do with the "young" in your title, and the "zombie" for being brainlessly unwise. Sadly, wisdom does not always come with age either.
