Death

Laying here on the cold ground
Night breaks there are no sounds
I no longer feel that I am in a familiar place
I feel my heart starting to race

I'm beginning to feel only isolation
In this place of desolation
I feel darkness consuming my body
I no longer feel like me

I feel one swift sense of pain in my chest
I feel my body fall to rest
I can feel my heart beat in my head
I know my body is dead

I feel anger flustering in my body
What is happening to me
Then it reveals its self as death
I know I have taken my last breath
