Scorpio Taurus and Taurus Scorpio

This is one of the sections/blogs I am designating to let people I have met on this site know about some fundamental stuff from their own chart. I decided to start with these two ladies. One of them, Ashia, was born with a Scorpio Sun sign and a Taurus Moon sign. The other, Alison, was born with Sun in Taurus and Moon in Scorpio. The following are some of the details:

Ashia:

The Sun was in Scorpio when you were born. Scorpio is all about creative power. It is important for Scorpios to constantly have a goal and an ideal to move towards. This unleashes your creative energies in a directed fashion. Otherwise you have a tendency to start destroying. This could be in both subtle and obvious ways. Scorpios are also known to often be obsessed with sex. While this is sometimes true, this comes originally from an urge to create as well as a need to merge the consciousness with other people. It helps for Scorpios to develop mental and emotional intimacy with a variety of people in order to achieve this merging of consciousness. It also makes sex much more fulfilling.

Your Moon is in Taurus. The Moon sign tends to affect the way we feel and experience emotion. Moon in Taurus does provide some emotional stability and resiliency, although people with Moon in Taurus can still be quite sensitive. You need to resist the urge to "take your ball and go home" when things don't work out the way you intended with people. This placement does give you a certain sustaining power and an ability to follow through on what you start. Taurus Moon people also really like to eat and can get engrossed by food. Make sure you learn to listen to your body's needs.

You also have a planetary eclipse of the Sun and Venus with Venus (obviously therefore) in Scorpio. This tends to make you fall in love quite easily. Romance and having a partner becomes even more important to you than most people unless you tend to channel these energies inwardly towards knowing the inner Self. Because Venus is the ruling planet of Taurus, having it so aligned with the Sun tends to make you more Taurus-like in your overall presence. It enhances your desire to elevate your sense of quality, to desire comfort, and to more thoroughly enjoy the pleasures of the senses. It can also make you quite good at partnering any two things or people together for greater wholeness. Venus in Scorpio tends to make you love with a vengeance (passion that is).

Alison:

Your Sun sign is Taurus. Taurus is all about sustaining what is productive in life. It is important for you to find avenues of creativity and learning that work for you and to continue to feed these. Taureans tend to be both great thinkers and great doers. You are a fixed sign which means you are capable of great determination. You need to have something you love enough to invest your whole Self into and act on it each day.
You were also born on May, 19th which is the Day of Heartfelt Persuasion. Lots of cool people born on that day, J. Donald Walters, Pete Townshend (the band the Who), and Malcolm X, just to name a few. Very passionate energies on that day. People born on this day need a mentor to emulate, especially one of the same gender.

You were also born on Wesak which is considered the time of the Buddha's birthday. It is when the Sun is in Taurus and the Moon is in Scorpio. Masters of consciousness meet on the inner levels of consciousness during this time to help guide the evolution of the planet. Many of us have had profound experiences in our dream states during this time of the year. One time I even saw Pope John Paul (the previous pope) give a talk during Wesak. By the way he was a Taurus, and a really cool one to study.

Your Moon is in Scorpio which is very intense. People with Scorpio Moon are some of the most passionate people on the planet. You feel emotions with intensity and sensitivity. There is a tendency for people with this Moon position to be overly cautious and secretive. It will be good for you to put your Self into situations where you can gradually and safely open up more and more so the real you can come forward. It's also important with this Moon sign position to love your Self. Scorpio Moon people can be incredibly hard on themselves and experience a kind of hyper-criticalness. Focus on the area of your heart each day for increased acceptance.
