Capricorn's-R-Us

This blog is for Grey. She was born December 23rd, 1991. Your Sun is in Capricorn and I often like to say that Capricorn is the only fixed sign that's not a fixed sign. Although Capricorn is actually a Cardinal sign (the initiators and starters) they have the strength and determination of the fixed signs (executors, leaders, good with follow through).

Capricorns definitely know the value of physical activity and work. I had a friend in high school who was a sophmore when I was a senior. He worked three jobs one summer to raise $6,000.00 in order to buy his first car. Capricorns are known for putting in long hours. Usually a 40 hour work week is nothing for them. The difficulty comes when they push to hard in the work or career world and neglect the other areas of their life such as family, spirituality, creativity, or even their physica health.

One of the great things about Capricorn is the ability to bring a spiritual concept and make it real: Martin Luther King Junior (Capricorn) had a vision of people of all different races and backgrounds being of one mind in universal peace, Benjamin Franklin (Capricorn) helped establish a form of government that could best serve the individual and the whole, Pramahansa Yogananda (Capricorn) taught yogic practices, meditation, and eastern spirituality to many people as a way of life, and Ophiel (Capricorn) developed viable means for experiencing astral projection that anyone can reproduce and gain access to.

You also have your Moon in Cancer. This is the opposite of Capricorn. People with cancer Moon tend to be particularly sensitive. The energies of Cancer can also be very useful for gathering people in groups to create together and to generate a sense of family. This can be among friends, at work, or anywhere. This is also a good Moon sign to be able to learn to be sensitive to the needs of others and to help them to fulfill those needs in a high minded/ heartfelt manner.

Also, your Mars is in Sagittarius which tends to make you aggressively adventurous in one or many areas of your life. This can promote a kind of restlessness and desire to keep moving and going new places.
