I've been inadvertently torturing myself this week. My hamstrings have been rather tight for the last few weeks, but I can't let that stop me from doing leg exercises when I work out, so on Monday I did some hefty deadlifts. For those who don't know, a deadlift is when you're standing with the bar at your feet, and you bend down and lift it up. For your own safety, make sure your back is arched as you do this, or you risk spinal injury.

PETA did something I find so heinous I had to write an HTNS article about it. Basically, there was a random murder on a Greyhound bus last Wednesday where the guy decapitated someone and started eating him, and PETA tried to turn that in to an ad campaign.
