My soon to be father-in-law made me 6oz. hamburgers made of lean beef. They were so delicious and filling, I had 3.

I thought it would be really hard, too. But the hunger wasn't too bad - after the first day, you don't actually get any hungrier. Even though I was still working and training, I was fine. Lost a stone and a half... o.O

"Live to eat" and "eat to live" ideally should be the same thing. We should learn to take real pleasure in eating simple foods that are good for our bodies. And also, to take pleasure in eating itself.
