Well, they act more like brainwashed Spanish farmers more than zombies, or even half zombies. I like to think of them at fun targets to snipe from really far away with lots of rifle ammo and an infrared scope.

O, there are no zombies that I know of in Resident Evil 4, but some people claim there is secretly one disguised like others in an area with lots of them.

Only when they try to harm us. Just like in RE4, there's a glitch where an enemy won't attack you unless you make a noise with a weapon or attack it.
