hm, I think I know what you need:

You try to find your style right now. Not only your style .. your whole relationship to the art.

This drawing is a gathering of elements you picked up to your "vocabulary" as you saw them from other artists. You try to express and find your thing with them. You should find a way (going inside you or abstracting or caricatating reality or whatever) to create something own.
Start with a stickperson in any position. then bubble arround the body parts so that unevoitably 3-Dish object comes out. Then you´ll see whats wrong with the anathomy allready. But dont care for that if you think its cool :) To long neck? No posture, to much movment? Ilogical? If its bad correct it, if not keep it.
Then you try to draw yourself on that personshape. Dont draw yourself in the manga style you learned a few moves, focus and create something that is you. Its only possible if you have alot of concentration during the whole procecss!
Just do it
take care

There are a lot of things that are good about this. i used to draw like this so dont worry to much about it. i would continue to look at real life and draw real people. if you can draw them you can draw anything. work on your anatomy and shading. both of those go hand and hand, the more you draw real people you will know then how the light will hit them. also pick up a book on anatomy, i recommend anatomy for the artist. it has naked people in there and i dont know how old you are but you might want to ask if you can have it to work on art. before you just go out and buy it lol XD. Also if you flip your artwork upside-down you begin to see what is wrong with it and you will be able to start correcting your own work.
take care
do art for yourself
dig deep and learn!

* The up-side-down tipp:
A friend of mine uses to check the artwork trough a mirror, to see the mistakes ^^

that seems like a good thing to do to. it would be the same if you did digital work and you would flip it horizontally. i might have to try that when i do by hand work.

Lol, I thought I'd upload my latest epic fail, Layne Staley.

Note to all of you, it doesn't look too much like Layne... (Which annoys me... >.> )

Thumbs up!

I really like it. Not my field of art. But its nice.
The first photo though has very flat colors. Its not the typical piece of beauty felleing one gets there. Dont know if this is intended.
The dancer in the las pic has a incredible huge chest! I like that very much XD
