Well, That Was Unpleasant
It seems a fair number of frequent contributors to our fine little corner of the Internet woke up this morning to find themselves banned from the site for no good reason. We are happy to confirm that there was in fact no good reason for those users to have been banned.
One of our mods decided to leave the site in a blaze of glory, and before checking out they banned several users and deleted some site content. We have restored all the accounts we know of that were banned, but there may be others we don't know about, so if you know someone who was banned this morning please let us know either by sending one of us a message or by responding in this thread, and we'll take care of them.

At the time they were chosen, they were good choices. One of them flipped out. We're seeing if there's a way to recover the lost data of those who were banned.

l don't think there is. l have 3 ning sites and l believe it's quiet impossible to recover the data after you've banned someone

yeah. ALL of my stuff is gone. I have to start over from new. And I definitely did not deserve to be banned. I haven't been on in a month.
