Ninja Vs Batman

Hmm, Batman himself is, more or less a Ninja, and has bested at least one in the past. Who would you put money on if another fight was to come up?

Batman is like a one man army. Somehow so is Robin. Ninja's have ninja stars, Batman has his Batterangs things. Ninjas have smoke bombs, Batman has mustard gas. Ninjas have ropes with hooks at the end to scale tall buildings, Batman has that cool thing he always pulls out of his back and shoots straight up into the air.
