It's a way for you to subscribe to a blog or website that publishes all the normal content you see on a given site or blog, but as a separate feed. It's another way for your blog to publish in a format other things understand and can display: mobile devices, readers, etc. A reader lets you subscribe to the a given site/blog without actually having to visit it. uSeful when you want just news headlines from 10 different sites you read each day. 1) Any way to make it so comments you make can always be edited and not just for 15 minutes? Or is that just the way the programming is. I've seen a few sites that allow this (adholes.com for example).

2) One thing I liked about the original blog was the photo section where fans could put up ninja-related stuff. Any plans to migrate those oroginal ones over to here? Seems like that would be cool to have a collection again of just ninja stufff and not just everyday pics you could find anywhere. (Not trying to be a jerk, but c'mon, it's a ninja site, the phortos should at least be related to a ninja in some way, no?) Maybe there can be a moasiac ninja-only wall? (There’s a program for Flickr that lets you create a huge mosaic of all your pics.)

3) Speaking of Flickr, is there an askaninja group planned for Flickr? Seems like a no-brainer unless I'm missing it there. Then people could make their own flickr badges for their profiles here. Plus, people could promote askaninja on Flickr like they do Facebook and MySpace.

2) Migration is always a possibility given time and potentially a ton of effort...I'd say for now that it's a bit tricky and TheNinja will have to see if that could be done. What can be done is the ability for people to create photo albums, which can be a collection of *only* ninja related photos. I believe what TheNinja is doing now for the slideshow on the homepage is choosing certain photos to feature. There's definitely potential to use outside widgets/programs and incorporate into the site.

FYI: One great thing about the site is that practically everything has an RSS feed (which is explained above what that is), or has a special widget that can be pasted into other websites. Photos, Videoss, and TheNinjaFan badges are some examples.; ▶ Reply to This

and talking about that, are there any rules in this community? I don´t remember reading them. I was asking this because of the guy stealing The Ninja´s name, that could be confusing and missleading.
