- What is your favorite Ninja moment or quoet?
- Where do you watch AskaNinja?

I'm not fond of the reply area being between the opening post and the other replies. It's confusing.
Also, as posted in the Clan discussions, there's no preview button. Need that preview button!

Yeah, the comments do seem a little...Bleak...Separation of replies in one form or another would probably be better.
Nice job though, things are looking pretty nice.

Good: Being able to just copy paste my YouTube video's embed code - rather than having to upload them all over again ( ala Myspace ) Homerun on that one. Bad: Ummmm some kind of chat? Hello? IM? Twitter integration. Kinda tough to be "social" and form "weak ties" with other people without real time communication.
Question: Can you add The Ninja as a friend? Or will he be like Tom on myspace, added by default as everyone's friend as the uber node?

Yeah, I'd like to see more ways to integrate person to person communication. The nice thing is that Ning keeps rolling out new features pretty regularly. So I'm sure over the next 3-6 months we'll start seeing more of that sort of stuff.
Right now you have to add the Ninja.

I think episodes should not be included in the videos page. The episodes are already in one place, let them live there.

Oh, I see, yeah, that's sort of a hack we have to live with since we're turning off comments on AskANinja.com, we have to have them in the system here. As the fans site get more videos, they'll be less of an emphasis on the official vids, and more of the fan stuff.
We have the ability to feature on the main videos from anyone.
