Why do ninjas hate pirates so much? Think you have a good reason?
I know I get annoyed at the pirates! This happens because they're overrated, annoying (sometimes) and well, uh....kind of crude. They do have their good aspects. But I need to know the reason for the rivalry! Think you have a good reason? Reply and tell me. I'll pick the best reply on January 10. Or if you want to tell me how good pirates are then tell me all about it. Convince those pirate-haters out there. Good luck, and thanx for all replies!

TheNinja makes fun of beings that aren't Ninjas (mainly humans) and also educates us about ninjas.

Actually, pirates also have many good points. It's a pretty hard decision. I like both, but I can see how ninjas would be jealous of pirates or pirates would be jealous of ninjas. It's a win-win situation.

"Ninjas and pirates would do better to be allied than to have such disputes. I don't hate pirates, actually; they can be incredibly clever, and are excellent fighters too. The same for ninjas. The thing is, ninjas just disdain almost everything. What ninjas refuse to see is that they would benefit from an alliance with the pirates, and some pirates are wise enough to see that ninjas could be a valuable help."
*Picks up chocolate again, sits down, leans back, with the chair resting against the door. Puts feet up on desk, sips her chocolate, closes eyes and sighs. Opens eyes.*
"Ah, but people seem to enjoy the pirate/ninja mutiny. Maybe if we took it away, a riot would ejaculate."
*Smiles sarcastically, scene fades out*

*picks up the first, holds it almost absent mindedly while she talks, " Well, Ninja's are much better at killing than Pirates. I admit it." *hears the out cry from her brethren, looks up.." Hey now...they are; and we know it. " *sets the first chocolate down just so, "We're good...sometimes we're very good...but, we're not invisible." takes the second, positions it carefully..."maybe it's the whole 'rum' thing....*third chocolate in her fingers, "I, for one, tire and bore rather quickly of killing." *sets third and fourth chocolate into place, holding her thoughts on those "better" things that can be done to, and with, flesh...
*contemplatively taps the fifth chocolate with her finger nail, "Mmmm yes, I think Ninjas and Pirates could get along in some areas...we both do rather well in our respective "occupations." Working together has been, and could be ,...lucrative, advantageous, and... deliciously dangerous..." *sets fifth sixth and seventh chocolate in place.
*agrees with Jianuzzi that a drunk Ninja could be...fun...*slow smile*...sets eighth chocolate in place.
Maybe the tensions and grievances bewtween Ninja and Pirates,will never completely leave...." *sets nineth chocolate in place....* holds the tenth in her fingers, hand gesturing with it..."Maybe it's a love/hate thing..." *thinks of the classic stories...hot summer days, tensions so thick it crackles in the air between the two misunderstood characters, a hot word, a slap... a fight.....and then..."

*sets eleventh and twelfth chocolates like sentinals in front of the "windowed" pyramid of chocolates she made....*sets a thirthenth out in fron of them making a triangle, sets another on top of the lead piece...*takes a lush, red, long stemmed rose, laces the stem through the pyramid, setting the blossom on the elevated lead piece and the two sentinals...*a thorn pokes into the soft flesh of her index finger, a drop of blood falls to the desk beside the rose...
*softly hissed gasp...slips the finger into her mouth, suckling it gently....
*smiles~ suddenly around the finger, eases it out of her mouth, *Mm...."but some things," *licks her lips* " no matter how...'prickly'...are just a beautiful thing..."
*extracts another chocolate, unwraps it,* "and should be tasted..." *slips the chocolate into her mouth....Mmmm
*Smiles~,...eyes flutter up to look at Shadow,....then the others around the room....
*clears throat softly, goes back to her perch on the door frame...

I have always meant to implicate All Ninja skills and talents,...not just killing (though they still are better at it than Pirates)--Pirates lack that certain...stealthy finess ... that Ninja's have.
Pirates are tad smidge more walk the plank, loose your innerds, spear your heart, sadisticly inclined....althouuugghhhhh, our mutual Ninja friends " 'tieing little string to all the hairs on your body and pulling them all out at the same time'...-'the look on your face is, priceless' " thing ....*chuckles softly ,shaking head...still makes me laugh
ok..point is...im appreciative of all Ninja skills...not meaning to imply they are 'just' killers...(and in fact only kill when needed)

"Zeal has an excellent point--sorry, pirates, you guys are awesome, but ninjas are better at killing and being invisible. However, ninjas don't laugh a lot--whereas pirates are always there, making you laugh until you throw up. Pirates are a lot funnier than most ninjas, definitely. But I honestly think that if ninjas and pirates were to be allies, it would be a truly excellent thing...

"If the ninja/pirate mutiny were to disappear, it would take away a lot of humor. The ninja/pirate situation is, and always has been, a source of endless discussion and amusement. Where would all the discussion and humor go? We'd just sit around and talk about, like, 'hey, man, it's so great we joined up...' and 'Arrr, that be true, mate.'
"I'm sorry, that's just not funny.
"Ninjas are not just killers, and they aren't just spies, and pirates aren't treasure-hunters, or drunkards. They both have their individual jobs and ideas, and individual duties.

*gets up, goes to thermostat and moves it slightly to the right. heat comes on. smiles, a evil grin playing at her lips*

"But ninjas are missing some things that pirates make up for, and pirates lack certain qualities that ninjas have. They complete each other. And in a way, that could be a reason for their constant rivalry. Also, I think ninjas are disgruntled that pirates get so much attention from the media and movies and such, while their press is very limited."
*sips her Frapp.*
"But all in all, I would like to hear from the rest of you."
*lights fade out, with her sipping her drink, still with a wicked smile on her lips.*
